Welcome to Avenorix – Cleaner App! These Terms of Use ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, describe the conditions for using the app. Please review them carefully before proceeding.

Agreement to Terms

By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the app. If you use the app on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

1. License to Use

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

  • Copy, distribute, modify, or reverse-engineer the app
  • Use the app for illegal, unauthorized, or harmful activities

2. Data Collection and Use

We may collect limited technical and usage data, including:

  • Device model, operating system version, and diagnostic information
  • Anonymous interaction data related to storage cleaning and optimization features

All collected data is anonymized and used solely to improve performance, stability, and user experience.

3. App Functionality

The app helps optimize your device by:

  • Cleaning cache, temporary files, and unnecessary data
  • Detecting and removing duplicate or large media files
  • Freeing up space and improving device responsiveness

You are responsible for reviewing items before deletion. We are not liable for accidental data loss caused by user actions.

4. Subscription & Payments

Some features may require subscriptions or one-time purchases.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle
  • Payments are processed securely through Apple's in-app purchase system

5. Updates

We may release updates to introduce improvements, bug fixes, or new features. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for damages or losses resulting from the use or inability to use the app.

7. Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful behavior.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable local laws. Any disputes will be resolved under the relevant jurisdiction.
